Requirement :
* Degree holder in hospitally or in related business discipline
* More than 5 years managerial role
* Pre-opening experience is advantage
* Good management skills
* Dynamic and crative, result driven and excellent in communication skill
* Strong leadership, initiative and innovative in meeting bussinees objectives
* Passion to serve and customers oriented
The main Duties and Responsibilities include :
* Day to day management of hotel
* To be responsible for overall profit and loss of the property as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
* Training, supervision and guidance of the team
* Develope durable brand, market position
