SENIOR MANAGER, PLANT (SMP)
You will assume over all responsibility for all aspects off production / operation to ensure safe and optimum plant performance. This include production planning, organizing and controlling production / operational activities, management of production facilities and resources, effective supply chain management
Requirement :
* Male, max 45 years.
* Min S1 degree, with at least 5 years experience in senior managerial level, preferably in large scale ceramics tile industry.
General Requirement :
You should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work multitask in a team environment. Computer literacy. Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken. All position will be based in Surabaya
