We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading FMCG companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produce accurate delivery forecast for future months using PO’s, history, customer input, etc.
* Balancing the company’s financial expectations with current demand trends and communicating risks or opportunities to our partners.
* Liaise with various units (marketing, sales, operations) to synchronize all data required to develop accurate demand forecast.
* Work with Sales Director and trade partner on new product launches
* Incorporate Sales and Marketing insights on upcoming promotions and new products into forecast models
* Prepare for and support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process between
* Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other units in the Operations Department.
* Interpret the needs of cross-functional partners and incorporate those needs into the demand planning process.
* Initiate frequent communication with other units (eg. Supply, Logistics team) to ensure high order fill levels and a continuous flow of products to our customers.
* Monitor execution of sales and operations plan and recommend interventions in situations when actuals deviate significantly versus plan.
* Train and develop subordinate staff if required.
* Develop database and spreadsheet tools that help streamline data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelors/ Masters
* At least 5 years of related experience in FMCG Multinational Company
* Extensive knowledge Sales and Marketing
* Ability to so speak effectively in interpersonal situations
* Having Good Leadership Skills
