Our company is a well known Tire Manufacturing Company that has been operating for more than 20 years in Indonesia. Due to expansion, we have open positions in our team as follow:
Area Sales and Marketing Supervisor
Responsibility :
* Develop and establish quarterly, monthly or weekly sales plans, prioritize, monitor and adapt sales activities so that sales target objectives are met.
* Follow up, oversee and coordinate distributors on sales and marketing plan implementation to achieve sales targets
* Conduct marketing studies to identify trends to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts and to identify potential promotional ideas on the responsibility areas
* Coordinate implementation of various promotional ideas and activities in the responsibility areas
* Routine extensive travels for areas under responsibility
Qualifications :
* S1/Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Engineering from reputable University
* Min GPA > 3.0
* Min 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
* Able to speak Mandarin is preferable
* Willing to travel extensively is a must
* SIM A Driving License
* Knowledge on cities and areas in Java provinces are a plus
