Marliem Marketing Group (MMG) was formed in 2006 with three passions: being an active participant in developing a new paradigm in marketing technology, creating affordable marketing for small businesses, and opening portals for U.S. companies to market products and services in the 4th largest country in the world – Indonesia.
To accelerate initiatives in mobile advertising and small business marketing, MMG dedicated a division on Technology and Innovation.
MMG’s product and service line includes high-powered yet affordable websites, market research and analysis, business strategy consulting, corporate graphics, TV and mobile advertising, advanced marketing technology, and providing entry to Indonesian markets.

Comprehensive knowledge of :
* Business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management to include an in-depth understanding of the key business issues that exist in the mobile industry. These include, but are not limited to:
* Knowledge of strategic and operational planning, personnel administration, federal, state and local laws, marketing, financial and cost analysis
1. Data processing methods and procedures, hardware, and computer software systems
2. Systems design and development process, including requirements
3. Analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management
4. Business process analysis and redesign
5. Design, management, and operation of managed IT systems.
* Maintains contact with IT suppliers and partners
* Maintains knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels.
* Evaluates alternatives, performs appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommends solutions that maximize effectiveness and minimize cost commensurate with acceptable risks.
* Manages relationships with vendors for sales, service and support of all information systems and technology.
* Serves as the primary contact to software, hardware and network-related vendors, consultants, and partners.

* Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
* Achievement as a successful operational director in administration and development as well as implementation of operational plans
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and people skills
* Intellectual strength, professional integrity, strong values, and good personality
* A dynamic person, a strong people person, energetic and self motivated
* Must be able to work with target & deadline pressure with flexible working hour
* Experienced in handling big events

* Age 35 – 40 years old.
* Able to communicate English is a must.
