We immediately require suitable candidates to fill the following position:
QA Officer
Specific Requirements:
1. Should have an Engineering, master degree will be advantage
2. Min. 2 years Experience in Quality Management System base on ISO 9001, as an Internal Auditor (QHSE Auditor)
3. Understanding on OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14000 requirements
4. Understanding on business process re-engineering, measuring customer satisfaction, quality audit
5. Be an efficient, creative, innovative, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and system oriented
6. Have an excellent Communication skill to all level
7. Good Computer literate (MS. Visio will be advantage)
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the implementation of Integrated Management System comply with ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
* Reporting to Management Representative (QHSE Department Head)
* Plan, conduct & ensuring Integrated Management System induction & socialization
* Monitor, evaluate & ensuring Integrated Management System implementation comply with ISO 9001 requirements
* Analyze non conformance and identify improvement program for Integrated Management System
* Control & ensuring all Integrated Management System document are up dated, maintained, distributed and comply with ISO & OHSAS 18001 requirements
* Supporting on measuring customer satisfaction program and monitor it improvement program
* As an ISO-secretariat team, supporting IMS champion in Integrated Management System implementation
