ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Responsibilities:
Handling all secretarial duties and administration fields related with finance, purchasing etc
Qualifications:
* Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience with the same positions
* Familiar with MS Office, Internet
* Willing to be placed in KEMANG – SOUTH JAKARTA or LIPPO KARAWACI – TANGERANG
* Fluent in English, active both verbal & written, good communication and listening skills
* Ability to handle multitasking of administrative, duties, and enthusiastic
* Knowledge & ability in business correspondence in English and Indonesia
* Strong time management skills, proficient, strong analytical & good interpersonal skill
* Independent, self starter, good in teamwork, proactive, and motivated with positive & energetic, good attitude
