Senior Accountant
(Based in Jakarta)
Responsibilities
* Handle & prepare accounting journals /financial statement/balance sheet for monthly report
* Prepare invoice and tax invoice for all department concern.
* Follow up payment from customers coordinating with department concern.
* Prepare supporting data and docs for management & clients.
* Prepare vendors, monthly payment & petty cash reimbursement.
* Check employee’s expense reports & prepare their payment.
* Check & monitor bank balance.
* Prepare all requirements for Singapore Office.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting, graduate from reputable university.
* Female, min. 3 years working experience as Senior Accountant (Familiar with Hyperion & Tally would be advantage).
* Strong analytical skills in accounting process and tax.
* Fluent in both written & spoken English (literacy in Mandarin/Chinese would be an advantage).
* Energetic and enthusiastic with strong individual & team player.
* Able to meet timeline expectation in reporting & implementing finance system.
