Investment Banking (IB)
Responsibilities :
* Reporting to: Director
* Subordinates: Analyst & Associates
* Leading the execution of investment project which includes due diligence, coordination with project advisors (accountants, legal counsel, industry experts) and reviewing of legal documents.
* Responsible for final presentation of the investment analysis such as credit analysis and company valuation.
* Liaising with other capital providers.
* Preparing various reporting requirements such as investor reports and investment committee memos.
* Able to work in a team as well as individual
* Able to work under pressure
Requirements :
* The incumbent must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
* Female/Male, Single max. 28
* Capital Market License is an advantage
* The incumbent have excellent a good presentation and native speaker English Communication Skills
* Able to operate Ms. Office
