Personal Assistant
Qualifications:
* Fluent in Mandarin & English is an advantage.
* Female, Max 30 years old
* S1 in Management or D3 in Secretarial from a reputable university
* Minimum 2 years of working experience
* Detail oriented, good analytical skill; good communication skill
* Accurate and well-organized, target-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision
* Have good computer skills (MS Office, Ms Excel)
* Fluent in English (both oral and written) and Mandarin (minimum oral)
* Able to work well in under pressure working environment
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Job Description:
* Correspondence to emails, handling all Daily, Weekly, Monthly official documents (data entries and reports).
* Responsible to arrange export documents (letters and email correspondence, LC, shipment, Bank’s negotiation) under supervising.
* Handling papers and coordinating with sales and production department in according to job order and client’s inquiry.
* Responsible for coordinating work among all departments
