PROGRAM COORDINATOR
With Qualification :
* S1 Graduate in any Major
* Having Experience at least 5 years in Preparing Training for Company
* Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly motivational and soft skill training
* Having relationship with IT, Banking/Finance, Telecommunication & Oil companies
* Having experience in dealing with External or Internal Customer or Vendor
* Make sure that training will running at scheduled and as it hopes
* Make training plan and coordinate with head division for training needs
* Make training budget & training analysis
* Make Training Report
