ARCHITECT / STORE DEVELOPMENT
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Bachelor’s in architecture with minimum 3 years strong and relevant experience in architecting retail and fashion business
* Solid knowledge in project management
* Ability to deliver consumer traffic
* Highly motivated person, target oriented and creative
* Familiar with furniture and building material
* Prior experience in the development of store concept and able to execute the highest quality in the store-creation process
* Open minded, high integrity, and highly energetic
* Able to coordinate various project elements to achieve project objective
* Be able work in a tight deadline, eager to deal with challenges
* Familiar with interior design & lighting will be an advantage
* Posses a good command in English and in computer application : Manchitos,ArchiCad AutoCAD, 3D software
* Ability to analyze current architecture for store/shop opening in various size and area
* Familiar with develop target architecture and recommended roadmap form implementing the shop target architecture
* Base in Jakarta and willing trip around Indonesia .
