FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities :
· The Finance Manager will lead the overall day-to-day operations for Accounts Payable including vat and withholding tax by managing his team. The AP Department scope includes, but is not limited to, invoice data entry, matching of PO and GRV with invoice, follow-up on unmatched items, issue resolution, vendor maintenance and timely and accurate disbursements in a shared service environment.
· The Finance Manager will drive continuous improvements with the procurement to pay cycle, ensure excellent service with both internal and external customers. Partner with IT teams to optimize use of systems.
· The Finance Manager ensures smooth integration in shared service of new sites
· The finance manager will advise treasury about fund needs.
Requirements :
* Accounting degree
* Minimum of 7 years experience
* Strong analytical, management and communication skill
* Demonstrate ability to implement sound internal control environment
* Good working knowledge of information technology
* Experience at one of big 4 audit companies for min 3 years is a plus
* Experience in a shared service is a plus
* Demonstrate ability to lead an integration project
* Good understanding of supplier issue, especially in areas related to the business of the BU
* Good understanding of Cargill accounting policy and local/US GAAP
* Ability to work with peers across diversity in geography and product lines
* Demonstrate ability to manage a team,
* Demonstrate ability to coach and develop high potential finance people
