R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :
* Performing supervisory task to ensure daily customer enquiries handled properly and immediately through each sales support officer.
* Providing professional assistances and supports to sales team and customers through good team work elaboration.
* Increasing order confirming percentage and profitability.
* Secure customer by increasing customer satisfaction through personal approach
* Problems solving and recognizing
* Providing daily progress reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
* Female – not older than 35 years old.
* Located in Surabaya – East Java.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or secretary.
* At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing jobs.
* Attractive and responsive, communicative.
* Able to perform as a good leadership and willing to take risk.
* Fluency in English.
