Finance Officer BOHLER WELDING GROUP SOUTH EAST ASIA, PT

Responsibilities
* Reporting to the General Manager Finance and Administration
* Preparation of monthly reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows)
* Set up and improve the existing finance system and processes
* Project management for finance and IT related projects
* Support operational cost accounting and analysis in respect of actual/plan-deviation
* Support “Planning and Budgeting” process
* Discussions and analysis with the local management and the relevant departments about results, goals, measures and monitoring of measures
SKILLS
Functional:
* University degree (S1) majoring in Finance/Accounting
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
* Male / Female, 30 years old
* High IT affinity, especially in Excel and Access or similar database systems, Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Used to work in projects
Personal:
* Readiness for doing generic work and acting independently
* Strong analytical skills
* Decision-making and issue resolution skills
* Self driven and able to work under pressure
* Fluent in oral and written English (company language)
