FINANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Title: Finance Supervisor (6 months contract)
Reports to: Financial Controller
Qualifications:
Education:
S-1 Management/Accounting
Special Knowledge/Skills:
* Fluent in both oral and written English
* Must be able to withstand pressure and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in use of the computer, knowledge of spreadsheet (EXCEL)
* Knowledge of accounting procedures, tax, banking and export import transactions
* Effective interpersonal skills
Experience:
More than five years of finance and accounting experience with some supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing company with exposure in LCs.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Organize and supervise the routine work activities in the accounts payable and account receivable ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
2. Ensure all purchases have been approved by authorized person
3. Checking all invoices for payment and ensure accuracy of the final payments.
4. Preparation of daily cash flows.
5. Assist in compiling information for preparing various reports for internal & external
6. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
