* Female, age maximum 45 years
* Education min.S1 Management / Accounting
* Minimum 3 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
* Of the principles of accounting principles and may be preparing financial reports
* Having the ability to analysis data
* Capable of negotiating
* Having the ability to perform data analysis
* Ability to negotiate
* Ability to work independently and work in teams, have a strong spirit of leadership and firm
