Our Client, an International Company is urgently seeking for a COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Requirements:
* Master Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent qualifications
* Five years experience in Commercial roles
* Experience with Indonesian Commercial Taxation Law
* Strong Communication Skills and English proficient
* Skills in managing the relationships between the Managers
Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing the Finance and Commercial functions,
* Managing the development of Commercial Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasts, Effective cost control and capital evaluation,
* Managing the relationships from a financial perspective between the Board, Department Managers, General Manager,
* Managing the provision of the effective management and Financial Accounting services,
* Performing the duties of Company Secretarial duties for the Board meeting and company register and legal documents
