CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
Reporting to ADC Supervisor, she will be responsible to give excellent & professional service to customer in accordance to the quality customer service guidance, provide information and coordinate with related section to achieve customer expectation and satisfaction.
Qualification:
* Female, maximum 30 years old
* Minimum Diploma with more than 2 years experience in dealing with customers
* Service Excellence
* Willing to be located in Serpong
General requirements:
* Positive Attitude
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software and lotus notes
* Proficient in English (oral & written)
* Excellent Interpersonal skill and Communication skill
