POS Manager
Responsibilities:
* Managing policy administration and premium collection departments
* Monitoring all administration and collections transactions such as policy changes, reinstatement, benefit payment, unit linked processes, premium auto debiting, premium refunds, etc, to ensure it align with company’s policies and procedures
Requirements:
* University degree
* Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in policy administration management in life insurance industry
* Capable to negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
