SALES ADMINISTRATION
OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for:
a. Purchase of local & imported goods & purchase bill
b. Ordering stock
c. PO process, delivery of goods to the customer, to customer billing
d. Assisting administrative offices, miscellaneous, Filling
e. Make an offer to the Customer
f. Memfollow-up Customer
g. Regulate the process of replacement of damaged goods and supplementary documents
h. Helping to make the letters needed BDM
i. Organize / Preparing travel Agency BDM
j. Sales Reports each month
k. Full dedication to providing the best service to customers;
l. Time and high self-discipline standards & referral PT. Securiko Indonesia
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Required:
1. Getting a formal education min. S1 preferred D3.
2. Female, Age 20 ~ 30 years
3. Having prioritized work experience the same field for min. 2 (Two) years
4. Can speak English very well, orally or in writing.
5. Preferably have experience in sales.
6. Good communication / effective oral / written
7. Has a high social nature
8. Pro – active
9. Interpersonal Skill
10. Problem solving
11. Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
