Requirements:
* Pendidikan Minimal S1 (Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management)
* Experience working as an HRA Officer / Manager at least 1 year.
* Male / Female maximum age 35 years
* Placed in Bogor.
* Understand the employment law and its implementation.
* Understand the legal aspects, jamsostek, and health insurance claims process.
* Experienced in the implementation of Industrial Relation with related institutions.
* Able to work in teams or work independently.
* Able to operate MS Word, Excel or Open Office.
