SALES ADMINISTRATION (Temporary)
We are an established global manufacturer of diverse industrial and consumer products, with growing business in the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking a candidate for the position of:
SALES ADMINISTRATION (Temporary)
Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible for credit management and order management:
* Issuing invoices, debit note and credit notes in line with tax guidelines
* Responsible of order flow / turnover reporting to the Regional Office in Singapore
* To monitor any outstanding payment (Account Receivable)
* To collect outstanding payment from Customers and follow-up as necessary
* Liaise with Finance Department for accounts receivable reconciliation and allocation of payments
* To arrange the delivery of invoices to Customers
* Process order into SAP and RDS system
* Preparation of Order Confirmation to customers and warehouse personnel
* Processing and monitoring of purchase orders/ shipment, overseas and locals.
* To upkeep and archive documents for sales orders, purchase orders, customers and invoice listing.
Requirements :
* Domicile in Cikarang, Bekasi
* Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting
* Experience in Sales Administration at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
* Having knowledge of accounting software SAP is preferred
* Good with numbers and in record maintenance, good negotiating skills when collecting, precise in invoicing
* Good team player with good communication skills
* Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures
* English literate, both in writing and communicational
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Able to start work within short notice preferred
