Customer Serv. / Front Desk Executive
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representatives of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Education :
* A minimum of Academy in Hotel management or equivalent
Experience :
* A minimum of 2 years deal directly with the public and deliver high quality customer service, Front Desk
Gender :
* Female
Skills :
The position requires being able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition the position requires the following:
* Demonstrated ability to work well with others and interact positively with customers
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, as well as work order software
* Good English – both writing and speaking
* Courteous and friendly
* Very presentable
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following, other duties may be assigned
* Handling all incoming calls
* Giving support to sales team
* Handling all walk-ins
* Handling enquiries and directing the people where and whom they should be liaising with.
* Managing the sales floor – cleanliness, decorations and ensuring the sales floor co-ordination is done properly.
* Administrative works
* Working day is during week-end and public holidays, The off days will be during the week-days
