KOKO Japanese Cafe located in Jl.ITC Fatmawati, South Jakarta, starting up from the year 2005.
Target markets, especially middle-class office buildings around. Chef need an experienced Japanese cuisine to develop dishes and menus attract customers around.

Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Age Max. 40 yrs
* D3 Hospitality Education in accordance with the field and has a Leader Ship
* Experience Min. 3 years in the restaurant / cafe / in the field.
* Mastering the modern Japanese cuisine and traditional, Asian & grill
* Want to create a menu according to customer interest
* Can use a PC / understand Administrative restaurant
* Hardworking, creative, honest and highly motivated
* Understanding the Kitchen Production (specific Japanese cuisine) and Kitchen Management.
* Understand Kitchen Administration, can formulate the budget / estimate the cost of purchasing food.
