General Requirements:
* Female, max. age of 35 years old
* Holding bachelor degree/S1
* Having experiences handling compensation and benefit administration and income tax (PPh 21) for min. 3 years in plantations company
* Capable in making expense requests related to office administration (such as : business trip, office supply, etc)
* Honest and willing to actively join the hard, long & challenging process of improvement
* Computer literate
* Good command in English both written and oral
* Self motivated people & capable of working independently with minimum supervision
