Assistant, Client Leadership
Job Summary:
Assist a senior executive (typically Director or equivalent) by taking administrative responsibility for the efficient running of that executive’s office, including secretarial services
Typical Responsibilities:
§ Receive and assess incoming mail and, as appropriate, respond directly on routine matters or direct elsewhere or put forward to the executive with necessary supporting information obtained from other internal or external parties
§ Deal with incoming telephone calls referring to the executive only when necessary and essential and act as focal point and filter for visitors
§ Manager the dairy and ensure either personally or by delegation, the appropriateness of arrangements for meetings, travel, accommodation and events
§ Act as the executive’s personal representative on internal and external matters of an administrative nature
§ Undertake a variety of special projects, involving internal and/or external research and liaison, on behalf of and within guidelines provided by the executive
§ May take minutes or meetings and type up information where issues are confidential or sensitive in nature
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
§ University degree in any major
§ Fresh graduates or 1 years experience.
§ Fluent in English is a must
§ In-depth understanding of the role of the executive(s) and the operation of the organization
