Assistant to Director of Business Development ZAZKIL INDONESIA FOUNDATION
The Zazkil Indonesia Foundation is a dynamic, fast growing international humanitarian group headquartered in Jakarta. Founded in February 2009, and with a clear and well communicated Vision and Mission Statement already in place, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Assistant to the Director of Business Development.
With a focus on delivering critical Medical and Educational support to the genuinely poorer population, this newly defined role is key to the successful delivery of Key Organization Strategies through 2010 and 2011.

Assistant to Director of Business Development
Position Objectives:
* Provide research and administrative support to the BD Director.
* Responsible for the research and efficient gathering of relevant company and industry information.
* All work to be delivered in a clear format, in a professional and timely manner.
Organizational Relationships:
* Internal
o Reports directly to BD Director.
o To work as a bridge across all organizational departments to include liaison with the PR Director, Operations Director and Company CEO.
* External
o To work in a support role between all organization partners and industry contacts.
o Liaise and co-ordinate relationships with appropriate information and data suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient clerical and administrative support to the BD Director.
* Receive and disburse incoming mail and correspondence on behalf of the BD Director.
* Co-ordinate and update all relevant reports on company’s performance and objectives.
* Support departmental personnel with relevant data requests and research reports in a timely and professional format.
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using set company report templates.
* To provide minutes of meetings from weekly and monthly management and board meetings.
* To identify discrepancies in statistics and suggest alternatives when gathering industry research.
* Monitor industry trends, ensuring company directions are in line with findings.
* Maintain all relevant company data and report in a secure and efficient format.
* To provide support on any data entry requirements.
* Collate and distribute routine department reports, letters, memos, documentation and contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Education minimum D3 / S1
* Ability to plan personal and divisional work schedules.
* Proven clerical experience.
* Effective verbal and written communicator with basic or conversational English.
* Minimum two (2) years in a Data Analyst/Researcher/Administrative role.
* Advanced understanding and competency on Information Technology and computer skills.
Knowledge to be demonstrated:
* Knowledge of Company values, policy and procedures.
* Knowledge of departmental procedures, goals and operations.
* Knowledge of basic computer operations and clerical duties.
* Knowledge of company’s commercial objectives budgets and forecasts.
* Knowledge of company’s target markets and focus.
* Advanced software knowledge to include Excel, Word 6.0
* Strong and current understanding of industry trends.
Skills:
* Proven ability to operate a personal computer.
* Efficient operation of general office equipment.
* Communicate effectively (Indonesian & English) with external clients and employees of all levels.
* Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure.
