We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Insurance company.
Head of Syariah
The main responsibilities will be as follows:
* Develop and enhance Syariah Business based on the strategic that has been developed by our management team
* Work closely with all of the distribution head to ensure that the product, marketing strategies are alligned with the target market
* Conduct periodic and continuous analysis on the Syariah Business to ensure that the strategy can generate productive and profitable business
* Together with Distribution Heads, assess channel performance in terms of productivity and provide guidance for better sales activities to achieve sales goals.
* Implement Syariah compliant for sales and service as directed by the strategic planf. Work with the Marketing team to devise Marketing strategy to achieve business objectivesg. Involve in different committees to contribute different thoughts for marketing, product or operational initiatives.
* Work with HR to recruit best talents in the market.
Qualifications:
* have suceesfully developed Syariah business with one of the banks or Asset Management Companies
* Strong team player and high achiever
* Have been in the Syariah industry for more than 4 years
* Have been in the managerial positions for more than 7 years
