Qualifications:
* Minimum of Bachelor degree from a reputable university, Graduates from any discipline
* Experience in leading and managing a team of 5 person is A MUST, preferably 2 years
* Must have experience or knowledge in training and personnel development.
* Must have excellent conceptual skills and a visionary.
General Requirement
* Candidates must be highly presentable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4
* Must be a team player
