We are a leading commercial landlord in Jakarta CBD and are seeking construction professionals with capability and competence to deliver top quality buildings to fill the position of:
PROJECT MANAGER (Construction)
Responsibilities:
1. To ensure project delivery to required standards within the time, cost and quality, would be able to:
* Project planning for pre-and post-contract stages
* Manage the procurement and delivery schedule
* Lead, manage and monitor project implementation during construction with help from in-house project team consultants
* Monitor cost control and evaluate claims from contractors
* Implement and monitor quality assurance programs
2. Chair regular meetings with Lead Contractor to monitor and co-ordinate all construction activities
3. Day-to-day project administration with contractors and consultants
4. Prepare executive report on construction progress
5. Ensuring all work is performed to high safety and health standards
6. Ability to implement “green mark” standards during construction an advantage
Qualification:
1. Male, minimum 35 years old
2. Relevant qualifications; University degree in building related discipline
3. Minimum 10 years experience at Project Manager level implementing the construction of high rise buildings
4. Experience in steel structure an advantage
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Specific abilities:
* Excellent forward planning skills
* Conversant in contract conditions and cost matters
* Proven track record for completing quality buildings
* Pro-active in problem solving with a keen eye for detail and quality
* Able to work independently with strong initiative and leadership
* High level of professionalism and integrity
* Able to work under tight deadlines
