Accounts Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Male / Female age 20 to 27 years
* Work experience in the field of 1 year banking experience preferred
* Educational experience or high school diploma 3
* Controlling and willing to be placed in the area Cipanas, Cianjur, Cicurug, Sukabumi, Bekasi.
* Enjoys exploring new areas
* High integrity, honesty and good communication skills
* Quick to adapt
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and work within the target
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL:
* Implement marketing plan work units such as setting targets & target market, fulfilling the sales target for both lending and funding.
* Make a financial planning / credit as well as a visit to interview the customer to find the information that customers need credit on time, right amount and right on target.
* Looking for decent match customer criteria bank regulations, assess, analyze, evaluate, verify eligibility and completeness of data and guarantees that the proposed amount of credit granted.
* Cultivate relationships with customers in a way to guide efforts to make estimates, compile the calculation of cash flow and ability to pay, and deliver appropriate information provided to customers that improve relationships and good performance on the part of banks and customers.
* Also responsible for the maintenance accounts in order to always be in well condition.
* Implement procedures and policies of the Know Your Customer (KYC) appropriate systems and procedures established by the bank and in accordance with the provisions and legislation in force.
