G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold miner and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.
Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.
PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:
EMERGENCY SERVICES SUPERVISOR (HSS0106)
This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the HSS Superintendent.
The role of Emergency Services Supervisor is to prevent loss by ensuring the effective response to emergency situations and by ensuing all fire / emergency response equipment is operationally ready.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma 3 in any field.
* Minimum 5 years experience as an Emergency Response Officer in mining environment
* First Aid / CPR and SCBA Certificates and an Indonesian Drivers License SIM A
* Demonstrate a sound Health and Safety Awareness
* Good communication and report writing skills both in Bahasa and English.
* Knowledge of integrated computer system (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
