General Manager Mining (GM Mining)
Qualifications :
* Male, max 45 years old
* Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 6 (six) years in managerial level
* S1/S2 degree from faculty of mining engineering, geology or geodesy
* Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
* Computer Literate in using MS office, Internet and mining software such as: mine scape/minecom and surpac
* Posses minimum POM certificate
* Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
* Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
* Managed all function in the company such as finance & accounting, purchasing/procurement, logistic & warehouse, human resource, general affair, legal and operation
* Willing to be located in site, with rotation schedule
