SALES ENGINEER FOR NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE (INFOCOMM)
Job Responsibilities:
* Work closely with sales team to understand and access customer requirements
* Prepare and demonstrate infocomm products such as router, switch, LAN/WAN solution, firewall,SSL, VPN, DWDM, Multiplexer, etc.
* Address technical questions that arise throughout the sales process
* Engage directly with the customers on both technical and non-technical level to ensure superior service
* Interact directly with enterprise technical support teams to resolve issues
* Responsible in securing order from enterprise market
* Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer
General Qualification:
* S-1 Graduated in Computer Science or related technical degree
* Have at least 2 years experience as Sales Engineer for IT products and proven track record in selling technology solution to the Telco or Service Provider markets
* Experience designing technical solution to meet customer requirements
* Strong written and spoken communication skills
* Extensive networking in telco and service provider (advantage)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong knowledge of networking-related technologies (LAN,WAN, Wireless IP Radio, Optical Network)
* Certified in Cisco or Juniper is a plus
* Target oriented person
* Good soft skills and able to work under pressure
* Able to work independently and in team work
* Min. 27 years of age
