3. Able to calculate the Bill of Quantity (BQ) Project
4. Able to see pictures of construction
5. Able to project analysis
6. Work experience min. 2 (two) years of the project
7. Willing in place in Surabaya, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi
8. The average value of high school mathematics Raport min. 7
9. High School Mathematics Danem min. 7
