* University degree in project management and general management
* Competent in operation, engineering, safety and security and overal management
* Strong leadership skills, able to analyse profit and loss, cost and expenses awareness, profit orientation
* Minimum 10 years of experiences in Senior Manager positions in superblock mall, Condo and Office Tower and managing more than 500 people
