Senior Relationship Manager – Bancassurance
SCOPE OF WORK:
To play a significant role in developing the Bancassurance business with designated Banks and its branches.
Responsibilities
* Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans.
* Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required.
* Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
* Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results.
* Understand all contests operating in all banks in order that good ideas/successful contests are shared.
* Coordinate and work closely with the bank’s branch managers to assist them in their individual and branch targets.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
* Experience of 5 years gained in a Financial Services organization, likely to be a Bank or Bancassurance Division.
* Good communication & selling skill
* Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating & implementing business plan.
* Experienced in leading a team, preferably a team of managerial levels.
* Specifically would have sales management experience or if not have held a people management position in a Training Department.
* Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability. Also able to demonstrate periods of employment working under own initiative to achieve results.
* Proficient in oral and written English.
