HR, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations Asst.Manager (Code : HR IR&ER – DB)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate Company Regulations review
* Conduct Industrial Relations cases
* Coordinate and improve Employee Relations events and employee awards
* Train and Coach Leaders to conduct Counseling to Employees
* Liase with Man Power Department
* Review Standard of Procedure in IR&ER
* Perform necessary Reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.0
* Possess min. 3-5 years of experience covers the above Responsibilities mentioned.
* Strong conceptual & analitical skills
* Strong Man Power Regulations knowledge
* Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian both written and spoken
* Experience in Multinational organization and Manufacturing is a value add.
* Computer literate
* Possess strong interpersonal skills, high energy and enjoy working with people.
