PERSONNEL & GENERAL AFFAIR SECTION HEAD
The Personnel & General Affair description of main job is :
* Handling Human Resources matter : recruitmen, training, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, industrial relation & employee data administration.
* Supervise General Affair matter : supporting daily operation, environment, health, safety & security.
* Planning & control Personnel & General Affair budget.
* Handling ISO 9001 and 14001 task and responsibility related with PGA area.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology or social from reputable university
* GPA not less than 3,00
* Fluency in English is a MUST
* MALE and Max 32 years old
* Experience min 1 year.
* Able to operate microsoft office (especially. Excel)
* Eager to learn, able to work in team & work at factory environment
* Able to work Under pressure
* Willing to be place in Cikarang
