Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities:
* To manage & lead FAs to achieve / exceed performance targets
* To recruit, train & retain optimum number and ensure quality of FAs
* To ensure FAs are up to date with the required skills & competencies
* To ensure quality business written and periodic customer reviews performed
* To ensure quality & quantity of leads from & to Branches
* To build productive relationship with Branch Managers
* To implement FA activity management process
* To manage out non-performers
Requirements:
* Age between 25-45 years old
* University Graduation
* Strong sales management record, preferably in Financial Industry
* Minimum 2 years of experience to manage team as a leader
