Clean Batik Initiative (CBI) is a 4-year programme which aims to implement cleaner production concept among small and medium-size Batik enterprises in Indonesia. Clean Batik Initiative is co-financed by the European Commission under the SWITCH-Asia grant. The implementation is done by the German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) with strong cooperation with the Indonesian Cleaner Production Centre (ICPC) of the Ministry of Environment Republic of Indonesia.
In order to support the field implementation, we need technical staff to assist the batik SMEs in the adaptation stage.
SENIOR TECHNICAL STAFF – Clean Batik Initiative (CBI)
Requirement for technical staff in CBI programme:
* S1 Degree majoring chemical engineer / environmental engineering
* Minimal 2 years experience working in textile industry as an engineer or HSE department / working as a consultant in guiding SME
* Good understanding in Environmental Management System and Cleaner Production tools
* Can work as a team or individual
* Hard working and target oriented
* Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing
* Computer literate
* Good command in written and spoken English language skills
The qualified candidate will have a job scope of:
* Helping Technical Experts in developing training materials for SME
* Preparing checklist for technical assistance
* Developing report template
* Monitoring the technical assistance progress and generating report
