We, a Japanese PMA company engaged in manufacturing of small DC Motors for automotive, located in MM2100 Industrial Town of Bekasi, requires 2 (two) young, dynamic, mature and strong motivated personnel to fill the following position in the company:
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (PE)
Qualifications:
* 26 years old maximum
* Male
* University graduate (S1) of technical background
* Posses 0 – 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry (fresh graduate is preferred)
* Having basic knowledge and strong analytical ability in technical field especially in mechanic and electric
* Having knowledge in production engineering & quality system such as ISO/TS 16949 & QS-9000
* Good leadership and good interpersonal communication skill
* Good manpower management skill
* Posses good personality & good health (preferable has sport hobby)
* Hard worker and smart worker
* Good skill in computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
