To support our business partner we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and professional individuals, to fill the following position:
HEAD OF HR SERVICES
Job Summary:
* To manage and execute implementation of HR plan, identify and propose area of improvement within human resource management policy and procedures
* Improve good working environment and support line management in achieving employee productivity and good people management
* Establish and monitor Job Analysis, Job Description and Man Specification to match organization need and individual profile
* Facilitate socialization and implementation of Performance Management, monitor implementation, identify and recommend area of improvement
* Validate manpower request; supervise documentation and report; update organization chart and employee turnover; monitor pre-retirement employee; periodically report performance / quality of new hires
* Supervise recruitment activities; prepare and propose sourcing and selection, recruitment system and guideline, induction program; liaise with user; provide company orientation and probation monitoring at below section head level
* Perform employees’ administration activities such as letters, annual leave, insurance, manage authorized budget and petty cash and disbursement of general expenses, contract worker, etc
* Facilitate socialization of company regulation (including HR policies, insurance policies, etc), monitor implementation and propose updates, supervise documentation of disciplinary action (including feedback to related supervisor), supervise company compassionate action
* Direct, plan and administer implementation of HRIS
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years experience in human resources area including 3-4 years managerial experience
* Preferably has minimum 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefit area
* Skills in employee relations and organization behavior
* Has a good communication skill
* Understands trends in labor laws, remuneration, training and development program
* General understanding of company business processes and community
* Background in Insurance is an additional value
