Project Manager (HVAC)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Project implementation works
* Provide support in Energy Audit, especially the site works involving instrumentation
* Plan, assign and deploy resources effectively
* Monitor and control project works within budgeted time and cost with quality
* Monitor Project costing
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.
* Good knowledge in Building Services especially in HVAC / ACMV systems
* Understand the operation sequence, designs and coordination drawings of Chiller Plant / ACMV systems
* Knowledge in Project Management and willing to travel overseas when required
* Project implementation works
