Human Resources Development Manager
Job Responsibility
Reporting to HR Director, he/she will handle people development, talent management, organization development & HR system development.
Contribute and support Head of Dept. in managing Human Resources actiity and to strengthen internal control of HR Department
Job Qualification
Having at least 8 years experience in the same field, preferable from banking industry
Having conceptual thinking, good knowledge of human resources, understand BI regulation is preferable
Excellent communication and reporting in English
Team player, self motivated and able to work under pressure
