RECEPTIONIST (REC)
You will have to perform administrative and office support activities as well as managing company’s lobby area. Thus, you must
* Female, Max age 30 years old
* Diploma (D3) degree form a reputable secretarial academy or similar institution
* Strong communication skills
* Advanced computer skills, especially in word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software as well as internet research functions
* Experiences in the same field would be an advantage
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English. Candidates must have strong analytical skill, be fast learners, able to work under pressure, be self-motivated and perform with minimum supervision. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
