o 1998 – Introduce the 1st Outsourced Call Center concept in China.
o 1999 – Selected by Ericsson (which later became Sony Ericsson) to provide Customer Care Services to its regional customer base in China. We are still the service provider till present.
o 2000- Due to the domestic demand for our expertise and services in Contact Center, we set up Consultancy and Training department. Our core focus is to help our Clients realize their contact center business transformation from cost centers to profit centers. o 2004 – 95Teleweb underwent certification certified by Support Center Practices (SCP, see www.servicestrategies.com for details) and passed ISO 9001:2000 international standard. Many of the managers in 95teleweb are Registered Coordinator’s (RC’s) of COPC. SCP, ISO combine with the methodology derived from COPC consist the auditing mechanism and process. SCP has to be recertified twice a year. It will examine 11 criteria that include Customer/User satisfaction, Service process, Business goal, Training, People management, TQM, internal communication and others. The program quantifies the effectiveness of customer support, establishes a foundation to build on existing quality processes, and provides a clear focus on measurable results. SCP Certification requires comprehensive on-site audits to confirm that companies meet the requirements of the over 100 business elements defined in the program. Certified organizations must demonstrate their continued commitment to high performance standards through annual re-certification audits.
