Project Manager (PMP)
Project managers must be good communicators. They need to communicate regularly with the project team, as well as with any subcontractor, his customer and their own company’s upper management. Effective and frequent communication is critical for keeping the project moving, identifying potential problems, soliciting suggestions to improve project performance, keeping customer satisfaction and avoiding surprises.

* Time management skills
Specific Qualification
* 5-7 years in any industry and/or projects (preferably if one of them is Radio/Switching Project)
* S1 Degree (min)
* Holding PMP Certification would be an advantage
* He must be able to lead presentation in front of customer
