We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.
STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :
Site Inspector Mechanical & Electrical (SIM&E / CMO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Inspection of mechanical and electrical works to international standards high rise apartment and hotel buildings
* Integrate with a small inspection team on-site
* Ensure the contractors quality of works complies with the owner’s standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and shop drawings
* Liaise with the contractor’s supervisors
* Monitor the contractor’s schedule and sequence of work
* Provide weekly reports
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* S1 graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
* Sound experience in inspecting international standard high rise M & E works
* Experience in working with site supervisory teams
* Ability to develop good relationships with site and engineering staff
* Able to work flexible hours depending on the requirements of construction schedule
* Computer literate
